Jess Larsen began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Citi and now leads multiple ventures. He co-founded Connection Estates, making luxury living more accessible, and Graystoke Advisors, providing leadership training to Google, Intel, and more. His Graystoke Networks produces videos for Bloomberg
and CEO podcasts. He also co-founded the Child Rescue Association, fighting child trafficking for 14 years, and hosts the Innovation & Leadership podcast, which hit #1 globally with 900+ episodes and 4M+ downloads.
LAURA WALKER LEE, MADRE VENTURES
Laura Walker Lee is the Founding Partner of Madre Ventures, investing in enterprises tackling social, environmental, and tech challenges profitably. Since 2021, MADRE’s advised and invested in companies whose valuations have exceeded $5B+ in value. Laura is in her 10 th year of producing and financing projects for world-class creators like Brad Pitt, Robert Downey Jr., Will Smith, Beau Willimon, and Ava DuVernay. A former CAA Film Finance agent, she helped package Oscar-winning films.
Laura studied at Yale and Wharton and serves on Fast
